on weekends, it seems 851e has more DDs than 851. But 851 loading seem higher than 851e.

Should stays with SMRT together with 852,SBST already get all the feeders and 860 and LTA further humiliate by giving 851,851e,852.
LTA can change with 853/M,854 & 854e instead.
